The Individualized Extended Therapy
Session (IET) is an exciting opportunity
to experience a customized program
tailored specifically to your
needs.
Once you have spoken in depth with
Jennifer Battaglino to determine how your
IET will be structured, you can schedule
as much or little time as you need to
work on your specific
issue(s).
The Goal(s) of the IET
Session:
- Gain the
insight you need to manage and/or
extinguish the issue at
hand
- Understand the
root cause of the problem rather than
the "band-aid" approach to facilitate
permanent positive change
- Experience the
release you need to find
relief
- Learn proven
practical methods to use daily to
maintain and ensure your
success
- Understand how
you got to this point in your life
and how to "re-wire" the brain to
break free from the old unhealthy
habits and develop new and improved
habits that fulfill your needs while
experiencing the positive change you
seek
- Learn how to
replace old responses to triggers
with new healthier
responses
Why schedule an
extended session rather than weekly
sessions?
- Proximity to
The Harwood Group does not allow
for weekly sessions
- You want a
more intensive experience to
facilitate change
- The momentum
of working together for several hours
at a time may have a greater impact
on the issue you would like to
address (This would be determined in
pre-session interaction)
- The format
suits your needs better than weekly
sessions
- Your time
frame does not allow for weekly
visits
How do I find out more information or
if I should opt for the IET versus weekly
sessions?
Contact
The Harwood Group
HERE with any questions or
inquiries you might have. If you are
comfortable with giving a brief history of
your issue of concern as well as where you
live, we can better assess whether or not you
qualify for an Individualized Extended Therapy
Session.
